A Prayer woould be appreciated

Post by Chubbywuz »

For those YW members who read this, a prayer for my son would be greatly appreciated. He was just hospitalized overnight. They ran CAT scans MRI &MRA tests on him. They found a group of intertwined veins in his brainstem. These abnormal veins have started to bleed. It is call Cavernoma. They are planning on going in to remove this group of veins from the brainstem, there by removing the bleeding veins & hopefully the symptoms will also be gone then. Surgery is being planned for middle of May. I know the WY family are great people and any kind thoughts & prayers are welcomed.
Thank you all so much in advance & I will update at a later date if anyone seems to be interested.

Thanks to those who have given kind words to my son Steven. He is 18 and attending trade school where he has made the Deans list at his school, Triangle Tech. He is studying to be an electrician. Will update as available, most likely nearer to his surgery date in May.
Once again THANK YOU, and bless you all.

Dear Michell, I just have noticed your post.

I will share a recent story from my life.
My grandmother has been diagnosed with cancer a couple of months ago.
The doctors said a very hard surgery is required to get rid of the disease.
I love her, and it was a very hard time for me and my family, we were afraid for her.
The doctors made the job perfect.
Now my grandmother is getting well after the surgery, the doctors say she is going to be ok.
I hope this story will help you.

Michelle, I wish everything will be good.
God bless your boy.

Just an update as the surgery draws near. We went today for a presurgery visit & found out the surgery is scheduled for 8 hours. He has to go back next Tuesday for another MRI before surgery. Then the next day (May 25th) is the surgery. So if you get a chance think about my son Steven & say a prayer or two. Will next updat after the surgery. Thank you all for your kind thoughts and words of encouragement.

Due to having more than 1 insurance companies for my son, we had to postpone the surgery till June 8th. First insurance company would not inform us if they would cover the surgery, and second would not pay because of having another policy with a different company too. So we had to put off the surgery until the first policy ended. At least now the second company has committed in print to paying for the surghery for June 8th since at that time they will be the only policy on him.
Thanks again for the support.
