Cumulus value uv with comma

Hello again me 
As WeatherDisplay will not send the right values.....
I testet cumulus, oh my god there's the next promlem, all values are with dot's only the UV there is with comma......seen on the url !!!
I don't understand this but if I will yowindow with the Txt-Script from cumulus, I must been realized that the UV also with dot ??
