If you could setup a different option for connecting to the wudnerground xml feed, so that wunderground could not be republished online via YoWindow, and just used as a screensaver or desktop locally, that would probably not be against their terms of use. I would really love to use their xml feed, since I publish to wunderground via LWC software for mac, and use YoWindow on my windows machine at work.
