USA and Kaspersky

It worries me a lot that the USA government is rejecting Kaspersky because of the Russian origin.
What about YoWindow???

Why should there be an issue between Kaspersky and YoWindow..?
Kaspersky is system based...(virusdetection/firewall)...
Absolutely NOTHING to do with YoWindow...
Unless the developers are interested in gathering user data...which I can definitely say THEY ARE NOT !!!
