I have looked on your site and forum and elsewhere too. I would have thought somewhere this question should have been answered, but unfortunatly it has not. I have a unlimited upgrade to this program, and now I'm going to have to reinstall my operating system. I would like to know how to keep the upgrade when I put a new OS on my computer? And NO because I have internal problems, I can not access the registry if there is a true-False or a serial number there. In fact I can not access any Antivirus program on this computer, so it leads me to suspect a virus or malware lurking some place I can not find. Please email me an answer as I don't look on this forum much at all. Thanks for your time and attention to this matter. PS. This would make a good question to answer in the FAQ.

Your license was bought using an e-mail address...

Please use this e-mail address to contact support@repkasoft.com

Along with details of your purchase...i.e. date...etc...

Perhaps the mail containing your license key is still in your web-mail...

You can access your webmail using the same credits (user-id + password) from that particular account...

Hope this helps...

P.S. It might be a good idea to have the confirmation mail containing the key printed...
