I recently updated to build 382 and now I can't scroll the time forward at all, and when I scroll backward it stops at 17 hours and a random number of minutes. If I click on the time bar at a point earlier than 17 hours then I can continue scrolling backward until I get to 17 hours the previous day ...

I caught one. It appeared on the left, slowly moved to the right, then slowly flew off into the distance. (Edit) I saw it again while the widget was in full screen.
