Re: RC 347 - Spinoff (the topic formerly known as "Bugs/RC 347")
Hi Reinhart, The course studies at the branch college in my area do not give any classes on cobol.net . They also have a lot of prerequisites that you need to take for any programming class. So I have been taking all of my classes online. I do this mostly during the winter as all we can do is shovel...

Hi Fred,
Thank you for the tap on my shoulder.
But you are the one who needs a big pat on the back for your positive attitude.
I hope that positive attitude gets you back to your fysiosports soon.
Marty

Hi Fred, I don't know what your health concerns are, but my health has been a concern since the day I was born. I acquired epilepsy at birth and live on phenobarbitol. Rheumatoid Arthritis also runs in my family history. My cousin has early onset RA. I have the type that waits for you to be inactive...

Reinhart,
Are you a COBOL programmer also? I love the Perform ... Varying... Until... .
I am enjoying the PC programming as it is almost like a shell script. But after having been a Senior Analyst Programmer (one step down from a Systems Analyst), your code just made my day!
Thank you.

Re: RC 347 - Spinoff (the topic formerly known as "Bugs/RC 347")
I no longer have a family. I was a COBOL computer programmer for 30 years. My boss would send me out kayaking when he realized how much work he had loaded me down with. I started weight lifting and running whitewater to get rid of the stress. I was the only computer programmer that the company had. ...

Re: RC 347
This conversation really needs to be in offtopic. But since I am reading a lot of comments about growing older, I would like to put in a few words. In my 20s, I was getting speeding tickets driving my go-fast toys up and down the interstate system of the USA and Canada along with partying all hours ...

Sneak Preview for my Friend's Website
I added a Sneak Preview of 'Grande Robe du Soir' on my friend's website. When you get to the page for 'Grande Robe du Soir', you have a choice right now of clicking on the Carving Template or Work In Progress. Click on Work In Progress to see the carving detail of the debutant. My friend is working ...

Re: Metric Scale and English
Pasha,
My suggestion is have a control between YoWindow.com and Forecast by Yr.No or NWS. If widget is showing Fahrenheit, the control would read click here for Celsius and vice-versa. Where I have the rough penciled in line, you would have the Metric/English Control. I hope this helps.
