Jose,
Yes, it is working for me. Not every 5 minutes as Brian said it should, but every 10 minutes.

Re: Weather Display Template
Jose,
Then I think best to ask Brian on the Weather-Watch forum because as far as I know, that should be all there is to it.
Sorry. - Jim

Re: Weather Display Template
Jose,
Did you get that new version of WD, and did you also turn on the new option to use the template?

Re: Weather widget detects visitor's location.
Pasha, The geolocator shows me in Ferryville which is where my ISP has this ip range registered. YoWindow shows LaCrosse which is probably the closest METAR to that. Re: Superbowl!
I'll be watching it because the commercials are normally outstanding. An extra bonus this year with The Who playing during halftime. There might be some "nipplegate" then if Daltry goes shirtless.
Maybe we'll even get a good football game to go with it all.

Re: Trying to understand ... follow you!
Rainer, I think in the temperature you made the same mistake that a couple of us made earlier. Units are in the temperature tag, although what you have is consistent with the way other parameters are handled. <temperature unit="[ c | f ]"> <current value="num"/> <feels_like value...

Re: Weather Display Template
New news! The thread Doc: Weather Display, how to export YoWindow XML has been updated to reflect changes that Brian Hamilton made today in Weather Display. There is now an option to place a template file in the \webfiles folder that WD will process instead of outputting from within the program as i...

I'll have to go with the animals too, but we'll need a unicorn option.
For rain rate in inches, 2 decimals are needed to see a light rain and for accumulation 1 place is adequate.

Re: Trying to understand ... follow you!
Ray, I have thought about the same thing and especially missed the decimals on the rain figures. I held off though thinking that some day we'd be able to "maximize" the inspector and show all of the PWS data that's available, then it might be more appropriate there. But yes, even in the cu...
