Yup, that did it for me. Changed to Daylight Saving Time and it's now correct.

That is the time shown at the top of the forum listings
In fact, in Dorval, Canada (H9S1A0) the time is 7:45 am
Not the first time the times don't agree.

The wind vane on the Clock tower should turn with the wind direction

The vehicles in the background are moving in the wrong direction. When they are entering from the right they show RED for headlights, and as they exit to the right, they show WHITE as taillights.

I haven't paid much attention to YoWindows lately since I use it primarily as my screensaver. So I just opened the program, and the time was correct. YoWindows was un-installed and re-installed . The problem remains.
