Same thing here in Lincoln, Nebraska in the USA. It just constantly flashes / blinks "updating weather"

Lincoln, Nebraska in the USA here, and my Yowindow will NOT update the weather, it just blinks / flashes "updating weather" constantly.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it seemed to fix the problem on one of my computers, but not the other. Now today the computer i thought was fixed it's happening again Any ideas on how to fix this?

For the last several days, the screensaver ALWAYS displays as a thunderstorm is happening??? For example in Lincoln, NE right now it's completely sunny but my YoWindow Screensaver was showing a Thunderstorm??? What's causing this?
