Re: Chromium (Linux)

Hello, no I don't have any extensions (Chromium) that use flash. I guess only flash games will use it. I have to reaffirm that flash works fine on web sites that use it.
Thanks

Chromium (Linux)

Chromium on Linux use the same extensions as Chrome. It incorporate Flash as well but the Yowindow plugin won't work. It complain that Flash (version 20 here) is not installed or blocked. Flash work fine as does htnl 5.
Is that a known problem ?

Re: YoWindow for Linux?

I tried Yowindow using wine but with no success. Either wine, winetrick or Playonlinux which enable IE installation up to 8 only, won't work. I wish their was a Linux version. There is a lot of screensavers written for Linux. I don't know if it is possible to use that language for Yo. A lot of peopl...

Re: YoWindow for Linux?

Yes good idea! Like a lot of my friends we have switch to Linux and miss the little Yo program. A lot of people are unhappy with where Microsoft is heading with W10, there is a huge movement toward Linux, so it is worthwhile I think.

Thanks !

Translation error (French)

Hello, just noticed a translation error in the options menu. Under general-language, by default (in French) it says "erreur système" which mean "system error". I guess you mean something like "use system settings" which I will translate in short French "selon systè...

Re: RC 451 - Airport is ready for release

I download the new version. The airport is nice but not my favourite. A bit too blocky and cartoonish for my taste. The airplanes need to be pitch up and down during TO and Landing for a more realistic view. I prefer the village. What i would like really is a mountain landscape. Something like this....

Yowindow new release notification

Hello, is it possible that the auto new release notification is a bit flaky ? I notice that my version was pretty old but I did not get a notice from the program for an update and pressing the button to check for update said that I had the latest. I ended up updating manually, Now big deal but does ...

Re: Seaside - a new YoWindow landscape

Just tried it, pretty cool. But it's snowing like crazy in that paradise right now (snowstorm in Montreal). I don't know what it will look like under a foot of snow. It's more appropriate for warm weather locations. Is it possible to dim the streetlights a bit ? It may not be good to have them burn ...

Re: Is this a bug

Hi Par, yes not so great but I am wandering if you could ask the community to pass on this info through your site someone. I know it's far fetch but I woulnd't mind, probably volunteers around the world would be willing to do it too. Very simply set the snow flag for their ciiy with an approximation...

Re: Is this a bug

Hi, the explanation is very easy: when the temperature is below minus 5 degree Celsius then Yowindow show snow on the ground. Werner ho I see what you mean. Not very realistic though. Why -5 and not something like -1C or 0C ? Does any weather forecast information include some sort of amount of snow...
